The artwork I ordered is not available, will I get a refund ?

In rare cases, the artwork was sold outside the platform before the stock update, and we are sincerely sorry about this.

We will find the best solution for you either it is a replacement, or a refund.

  • Payment by card or PayPal: The amount will be recredited within 48 to 72 working hours.

  • Payment by transfer: You will receive a form to send us your bank details, then the reimbursement will be made within 5 working days.
