You have published an advertisement to resell an artwork on Artsper and you have just made your first sale? Congratulations! The Artsper team will contact you to organize the delivery.
Who is responsible for shipping?
You must carefully pack and protect the artwork so that it does not get damaged during delivery. Then, Artsper will send you a prepaid shipping label and you can send the package.
When will I be paid for the sale of my artwork?
Once the order is delivered to the buyer, they have a 14-day withdrawal period. You will be paid once this period has elapsed.
To do so, please send us your RIB and your ID card to consignment@artsper.com
What should I do if the artwork has been damaged or is no longer available before I can send it to the buyer?
- Contact us as soon as possible to let us know.
- Upon receipt of your message, we will contact the buyer to inform them of the situation and ask if they wish to cancel the purchase.
- If no agreement is reached between the parties, the sale will be considered null and void and the payment will be refunded to the buyer.
