Listed an artwork for resale on Artsper and made your first sale?
Here are the steps to follow:
1- You will first receive an email notification of the sale. Later, you will receive a second email from our team giving you the necessary information to ship the artwork.

Please note: You have 5 business days to send your work.
3- As soon as the work is shipped, you must communicate the following elements to consignment@artsper.com:
the delivery time
the name of the carrier
the tracking number
the invoice of the carrier
your RIB for reimbursement
your identity card or passport

4- Once the artwork has been shipped, track your package via the carrier you have chosen. Send us an email at consignment@artsper.com to inform us of the delivery and to trigger your reimbursement.
5- After the safe delivery of the work, a 14 days retraction period must be respected before the reimbursement is triggered. The amount you will receive will be the amount of the sale and the shipping costs minus the commission. In order to receive your refund quickly, please make sure that you have provided us with all the elements requested in step 3 (your bank details for the reimbursement as well as your identity card).
