Any item for sale on the site is usually available. If an item is “sold out” on the site, it will be indicated next to the work and you will not be able to purchase it.
However, occasionally, galleries are delayed in updating the status of their works, especially during large exhibitions and art fairs. We have therefore put in place a precautionary measure whereby the seller has a maximum of 3 days to confirm the availability of the item you wish to purchase. This is to ensure the seller hasn’t already sold the artwork outside the website.
If the item you wish to purchase is no longer available, your payment will be refunded immediately and you will be informed by email. We understand that buying artwork is a very personal process, so if you do find yourself in this situation please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to rectify this problem or find you an equivalent artwork.
